Advanced Report Exporter by iPredict IT Solutions is a SugarCRM solution that will export reports on scheduled time intervals. Currently in Sugar, you can only schedule and send one report at a time to a user. This add-on significantly improves that process, enabling you to export reports into PDFs and send via email to as many CRM users, accounts, and contacts as you choose! Save time from manually running and tediously exporting one-off reports.

How it Works

Advanced Report Exporter will run and export reports into PDF files, then send them to your SugarCRM Accounts, Contacts, and Users email IDs. This add-on will give you the flexibility to add advanced scheduling capabilities for exporting reports. Below are the options you can configure to schedule reports:

• Daily: Reports will be generated on a daily basis.
• Weekly: Reports will be generated on a weekly basis
• Fortnightly: Reports will be generated on fortnightly basis
• Monthly: Reports will be generated on three months basis
• Yearly: Reports will be generated on three yearly basis
• Every N Days Reports will be generated on Every N Days basis
• Every N Months Reports will be generated on Every N Months basis
• Day of the month Reports will be generated on day of the month basis

You will have flexibility to send email body as well as email template dynamically.

To send multiple reports at a time, you just need to add multiple reports from subpanel. Also send email to multiple SugarCRM Accounts, Contacts, and Users

Send Report through FTP

Advanced Report Exporter gives you flexibility to export reports on FTP site. All you have to do is provide FTP credentials and you will get the report in the right place.
