Dear Vincent, thanks: this is a good question. This addon hasn’t this feature, but it could be implemented. It’s already possible to select an unlimited list of IPs to be added as whitelisted, in order not to count the wrong login attempts coming from those IPs but to permit the CRM access to those IPs only could be interesting. If you want to discuss it deeper please write here your email so we can contact you.

Thank you Jason. I did it with
require_once ('modules/SecurityGroups/SecurityGroup.php'); global $current_user; $user_id = $current_user->id; $groupArray = array(); $groupArray = getUserSecurityGroups($user_id); foreach($groupArray as $group){

By the way, you'll notice that is a SuiteCRM environment; we couldn't provide yet a free SugarCRM 7 istance as a demo.

Yes, this is what i expected but in SuiteCRM 7.1-7.7 users see meetings where they are invited only in Calendar, not in Meetings module, (nor in Meetings Dashlet).
I found that the inviter has to add the Security Group of the invitee to the meeting, or they have to be in the same Group (so the Security Group is inherited)

I'd like that the "Assigned to" field in Dashlet Filters shows just users in the user's same group (as in Calendar > Shared > User List)

In Dashlets the User can see just his group records. It's when he edits the Dashlet that in Dashlet filters, he could see anything.
I attached here the Dashlet edit view so that you can see the "assigned to" filter fields: I already marked "Filter User List" in SecuritySuite settings.

I tried to follow them but without success,.. I manually created: custom/metadata/ls_insegnanti_securitygroupsMetaData.php did a Rebuild Relationships, Repair Roles, Quick Repair tried to follow these instructions: http://www.ricardomalla.com/?p=996 to manually delete the relationship but there were no files to delete but the one i created lastly,
i think the problem is that under the Studio > Security Groups > Relationships there is no "default" in the "Subpanel from Security Group" field
