Dear FX2LTD, Thank you for your reply I have installed a new SugarCRM and Joomla in your website I have made the following tests: 1- From our Joomla/SugaryCB live demo, I linked your SugarCRM new install and I made tests, it works well. (external connetion through Nusoap) 2- From Your Joomla/SugaryCB new install, I linked our SugarCRM live demo and I made tests, It works well. (external connetion through Nusoap) But when I linked your Joomla/SugaryCB new install to your SugarCRM new install, it hasn't works. (local connetion through Nusoap) I think there are some reasons in your server that prevents local connection through Nusoap. Let me know if you need further assistance. Best Regards View Comment

Hi FX2LTD. Thank you for your email When I used your SugarCRM info, I got a "SOAP Proxy error SOAP" (There is an error when geting the proxy, please check your URL) It works fine by using another CRM install. I suggest you to resolve this issue : 1- Please see with your admin/host to resolve this issue. Or 2- For more detail, please see our article : Error: Connection to SugarCRM failed, check user info (Couldn't get proxy) @ http://sourcecreativity.com/2012-11-14-09-39-35/knowledgebase Or 3- Re-install your SugarCRM from your Cpanel by using Softaculos. Hi texascaptain SugaryCB is an extension for Joomla which allows the integration between Joomla and SugarCRM through the Community Builder extension. Hi texascaptain, How to Re-install SugaryCB : a- Download sugarycb_UNZIP-First.zip b- Uninstall the old SugaryCB from your Joomla admin c- Delete all SugaryCB table from your Joomla data base manager (Cpanel) d- Install again your SugaryCB as it is described in the our first response Let me know if you need further assistance.
