#3086 - CRASHED SUGAR WHEN UPDATING TO 7.8.2
Hello,
I had issues with your new install yesterday. Once it was active it slowed down Sugar to a crawl. I then contacted Sugar (wasn't sure what the issue was at the time) and they disabled it. They then enabled it and set it to run only Fridays at midnight. I had an upgrade to 7.8.2 scheduled last night (Tuesday) and this morning I wake up to find out that our instance is completely down. After contacting Sugar support, they claim it was your plugin. Our system is up and running, but I had to uninstall all versions of your plugin.
I really need a deduplication plugin and chose your plugin over Enjay's because I thought you had a comparable package with good customer service. Please help me understand what happened and find out whether I can even use your plugin or not.
