#4192 - DeDupit interfering with workflows in the Leads module

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that you have issues with our DeDupit module.
We are not aware that there is an issue with DeDupit breaking the workflows so we do not have any advice in order to resolve it.
If you wan't we could schedule a meeting where we could observe the issue and find the solution for it.
If you fine with that please contact our developer Stefan at sgalisic@eontek.co and he will help you with your problem.
In the mean time you can remove the module from your instance of Sugar in order to have Leads workflows working correctly until the problem is resolved.

Hello,
I removed the module as soon as I found out what was happening. I am still within the 30 day window to be refunded and would like to move forward with that, please.
