Hello, We have been using the Dedupit plugin within our instance since 2019. We had a new user added to a role that uses this feature very often, and this single new user is the only one who cannot find or use the dashlet against Referral (Lead) records to find and merge duplicate records. We have so far not been able to identify the possible cause. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.
