#4689 - Dedupit dashlet not working for user
Hello,
We have been using the Dedupit plugin within our instance since 2019. We had a new user added to a role that uses this feature very often, and this single new user is the only one who cannot find or use the dashlet against Referral (Lead) records to find and merge duplicate records. We have so far not been able to identify the possible cause. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.

Hello, how do we go about finding which version we have installed within our system? I've looked in a number of locations within the instance and do not see it listed, especially in module loader. I can see from the Outfitters purchase history, that version 4.1.4 is available for download, posted on 5/17/2019. Is this the most up to date version?
I'm not exactly sure when this was installed to our instance by a previous Administrator, though it seems our purchase history was around the same timeframe, May 2019.

Latest version of our Sugar Dedupit are 5.1.0 and it's work on SugarCrm 10 and above you can check your version in Module loader open browser search (cmd+f for mac and ctrl+f for Windows) and type DeDupit

Hello, DeDupit is not listed in our module loader, though I have seen it there in the past. I can see the module within leads side panel, so I know it is installed. Can you please provide the link or send the 5.1.0 version? We are on SugarCRM version 12.1 at the moment and plan to move forward with 12.2 in the coming months. I will install the new version after hours and see if this fixes our issue.
