#1025 - Sugar Schedulers
I have checked with Sugar support who say that my schedulers are installed correctly however i continue to get the below message when trying to configure sugarchimp, please can someone advise.
Great! It looks like you have been able to set up the Scheduler in the past. This isn't a real-time integration, but it may as well be. Any changes you make in SugarCRM or MailChimp will be seen on the other side in about 5 minutes. To ensure that the sync will run please double check the instructions below.
To Setup Crontab Note: In order to run Sugar Schedulers, add the following line to the crontab file: * * * * * cd /var/www/vhosts/psf.crm0a.com/httpdocs; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

Hi Kathryn, you're seeing this on step 2 of the setup process correct? This is just a note to remind you how to do it if you don't already have it setup. Since it says "It looks like you have been able to set up the Scheduler in the past" that means SugarChimp detected that your scheduler is running. Simply go to the next step to continue setting it up.
Do you have any other questions while you're getting it installed and setup?
