#1058 - Sugar Workflow not activated when new record created in Sugar from MailChimp
We have workflows set up in Sugar which send email to the new Lead when it is inserted into Sugar. When a CRM user manually adds a new Lead to the system the workflow works however when the lead is created through SugarChimp the workflow is not initiated. Is this a known limitation of SugarChimp or a possible issue with our implementation. Please advise the former before I investigate the latter. Thanks

The intention is that it would work as expected and the workflows would fire when SugarChimp creates the records. We do things the 'Sugar way' so I would expect that to work.

Following up here, sorry for the slow response.
I'm showing that all logic hooks are firing as expected when a new contacted is added on the MailChimp side. Here is the order of the logic hooks as they occurred. I set up some test hooks to log at the global logic hook level and module level:
Maybe something else is going on? Were you able to figure out another reason?
