#1228 - Not getting the MailChimp API Screen

After installing the modules and validating the key i seem not to be able to get to step 1.. Step 1) Insert your MailChimp API key and click "Connect to MailChimp". When it navigates to the screen http://crm.xxxx.com.au/#SugarChimp/layout/setup the screen pops up then quickly disappears.
