#1262 - SugarCRM Installation
Trying to install SugarChimp and get fully functional.
I've installed the package and that seemed to work. Added the MailChimp api.
Per the installation screen, I never see the option for Schedule, Configure MaiChimp and Configure SUGARCRM. Tried to add a schedule and that did not work.
Next tried to piece together installation from knowledgebase but no luck.

Hi Aimee, thanks for giving it try!
After adding the MailChimp API key it should've shown the screens for the other pages. If you go to Admin, scroll to the SugarChimp section and go to SugarChimp Configuration. You should see the MailChimp API screen there, when you click "Connect to MailChimp" it should verify your key is valid and take you to the second tab.
What do you see when you click Connect to MailChimp?
Since you're using Sugar On-demand, there will be nothing for you to do but to click the "Next" button. Which will take you to steps 3 and 4.
You can send any screenshots to support@sugarchimp.com Thanks!

After api screen it goes to the Dashlet instruction screen with button "Finish". After clicking that it takes you to the health page.

Is this the issue?
You are currently using the Starter Edition of SugarChimp. The Information below is a sample of what's provided in the Professional Edition of SugarChimp. The Professional version of SugarChimp contains the added ability to do the following:
**Client set this up. Do they need to set up the Professional version to get synchronization?

Ahh, yes that is the problem. I should've confirmed what edition you were using first.
So yes, they'll need at least the Basic edition to have the contact/subscriber syncing. If they want to sync MailChimp subscriber activity data, they'll need the professional edition. Once you decide which edition they need, simply install the provided package (no need to uninstall starter edition) and you'll see the new options.
You can select the a new edition here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/addons/sugarchimp/pricing
Let me know what they decide. Thanks!

I'm closing this case for now. Let me know if you or the client have any other questions. Thanks!
