#1284 - install successful but module not appearing
Hi,
Using sugar on demand v 7.5.1 updated from 6.X in feb), downloaded the correct version of sugarchimp (7.1.8 and followed instructions for installation and license key validation was successful.
The new module is called "module name" not sugarchimp and when i click on this icon i get the message on page https://gvacrm.sugarondemand.com/index.php#SugarChimpActivity "Data not available Page does not exist or you do not have permission to access this page. Go back to previous page."

Hi Chris, thanks for giving it a try. There is a known issue for older, upgraded system with the exact problem you describe. It's related to a Sugar bug related to installing modules on previously upgraded systems. Here's the bug: https://web.sugarcrm.com/support/issues/72996
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do on our side, we'll notify our contacts at Sugar about the issue on your instance. If you would also open a support case with Sugar and reference the bug linked above that will help speed things up. They can manually correct your instance, and once they do we can then try installing SugarChimp again to see if the issue is corrected.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. You and a handful of others are in the same boat waiting for this one to get fixed. I'll let you know if I have any other updates. Thanks!
