Hello, that error message only comes up when PHP's curl_init function is not available.
If curl is enabled on the server Sugar is running on, then the curl_init function should be available. If you run a php_info() on the server Sugar is running on, if you scroll to the loaded libraries, does it show that Curl is enabled?
