#1392 - Trial Extension?
Hi SugarChimp team,
I installed the 30 day trial version of SugarChimp on a dev version of my Sugar but unfortunately my IT technician has been unavailable to help us test it out due to circumstances outside of our control. Would it be at all possible for us to stop or pause the trial and restart again at a later date? We have installed it but been unable to do any of the trials we wanted to do before purchasing!

Hi Sarah, I'd recommend that you go ahead and cancel your trial and then start a new one when you're ready to give it a go.
You can go to your orders https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders click "Purchase History" then "Quit Trial". Then go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader and uninstall SugarChimp.
