I sent yesteday and this morning 2 campaigns to 2 subscribers.
Both open the email and clic on a link.
In Sugar, I only see the "send" Activity Type in Sugarchimp activity module ? Why ?

Hello, good questions. The campaign activity is imported every 24 hours so that it does not slow down the rest of your Sugar system.
So if you wait another 24 hours, you'll see that there will be click and open activity as well.

There's no way to reduce this. It's implemented this way so that the rest of Sugar performs well during the import process.
What's your use case for wanting to see that data sooner?
If you're wanting to create followup email workflows, you should look at MailChimp's Automation tools. When you're logged into your MailChimp account, click Automation, and you can setup all sort of real-time follow up workflows.
