#1398 - How to clear queue
Hi,
Few days in testing sugarchimp and all working well but then I elected to clear out (delete) my testing lists in the chimp and now I am getting the below error which is no doubt related to me having deleted the chimp lists and as such there is data stuck in the queue.
Full error: Array ( [status] => error [message] => There are no target lists that match the mailchimp list id: cacb60ee1c )
I did find the below info in a support post but it does not yield any 'empty table' button, which I can only assume is related to us using sugarondemand vs an onsite instance?
Sugar to MailChimp pending items: index.php?module=SugarChimp&action=admin MailChimp to Sugar pending items: index.php?module=SugarChimp&action=adminmc
https://MyDomain.sugarondemand.com/#bwc/index.php?module=SugarChimp&action=admin
gives me "There is no action by that name."
Any advice on how I can clear the queue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Darryl, good to hear on the testing.
I think the issue is those links are for the Sugar 6 version of SugarChimp and you're on Sugar 7. Try these links:
https://MyDomain.sugarondemand.com/#SugarChimp/layout/admin https://MyDomain.sugarondemand.com/#SugarChimp/layout/adminmc
Let me know if that clears it up for you. Thanks!

Hi,
Great support!
The link worked great and got I to the table page, which was empty, and clicked 'empty table' but alas, the alert persists.
As below:
[CRITICAL] SugarChimp Scheduler Failed
This should never happen. If you are unsure what may be going on then please contact support@sugarchimp.com.
Error: There are no target lists that match the mailchimp list id: cacb60ee1c
Site: https://site.sugarondemand.com/ SugarCRM Version: 7.5.2.2 SugarCRM Edition: PRO SugarChimp Version: 7.5.1f
Full error: Array ( [status] => error [message] => There are no target lists that match the mailchimp list id: cacb60ee1c )

Got it, thanks Darryl. I updated the comment for you.
We actually just fixed this error message, but hadn't pushed out the new package. I just pushed that out now. If you go to your orders https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders you can download the latest package. Install the zip, go to Module Loader and install it over the current SugarChimp (do not uninstall the current one). Once you get redirected to the license validation page, click "Validate" and you're done. Whatever you have setup for your lists and field mappings will stay the same.
After doing this the error messages should stop. It automatically filters out this particular error message now. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
