#1401 - No related Leads or Contacts

I sent a campaign the Morning. I see data activities in Sugar. But when I click on the Adress Email link I have no related Leads ou Contacts.

This Week-End, our on-demand version of sugar upgrade to 7.5.2.2 , a compatibility pb ?

Any Idea ?

    Hello, I can help with this. The upgrade should not have affected this.

    Can you verify if there is a Contact/Target/Lead in Sugar that has the email address you clicked on?

    It may be possible that the person was on the MailChimp list before you synced your list to Sugar, and a MailChimp to Sugar re-sync was never performed. You may want to perform a MailChimp to Sugar re-sync to make sure everyone from the MailChimp side is in Sugar.

    All person in the list was before on sugar. Before I sent the campaign, the list has been synced from Sugar to mailchimp. each contacts or lead has a email adress. why no related lead or contact ?
