#1410 - Mailchimp lists are not synchronizing
I have spent about 3 hours working on this. I set up target lists in my Sugar CRM community Edition 6.5.20, Loaded the module. The health status indicated that it still has not imported. What am I missing.

If it's still showing that it hasn't imported, it sounds like your Sugar Scheduler isn't running. Can you verify if the Sugar Scheduler is setup and running? If you go to Admin > Schedulers, click into a few Schedulers and see if there is any run history. If you go to the SugarChimp scheduler, on the top half it should show that it is set to run every 5 minutes, then on the bottom half it should show it's run history. Do you see any recent run history for any of your schedulers?

Thank you for the fast response. I installed all the sugar customizations and the campaign summary reports are functional. The license key was successfully validated. I have performed the following steps: 1) With 4 lists in Mailchimp - I created target lists in Sugar that were empty 2) I mapped the custom fields (there were 3) 3) I specified to re-queue the sync in the custom fields. 4) I verified that the scheduler was configured. On the schedulers screen Sugarchimp's interval is every 5 minutes and the range is 1/1/2005 to perpetual - it is active. There is NO run history 5) Health status indicates that the 4 target lists are under list sync status and status is mailchimp to sugar queued

Thanks for the details. It sounds like you've done everything right but your Sugar Scheduler is not setup. Do any of your other schedulers have run history?
When you go to admin > schedulers towards the bottom of the page it will show you what you need to add to your crontab to have the schedulers run. Once you get that setup, the SugarChimp scheduler (and your other schedulers) will be able to run.
Give that a try and let me know how it goes.
