#1484 - Sugar Version 7.6

Hi

We have recently upgraded Sugar to version 7.6 - since then, we cannot access the sugarchimp screens from the admin panel?

Our hosts have tried to complete a repair and rebuild which did not fix the issue?

Can you look into and let me know how to resolve this please?

    Hi Amy,

    Yes, there is something weird with the Sugar 7.6 upgrade that causes this issue. They are already working on a 7.6.1 release to fix this.

    To fix your issue try installing SugarChimp again now that you are upgraded. It won't hurt your existing setup. Be sure to grab the latest SugarChimp version from your downloads at https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders.

      I cannot access this part of Sugar to reinstall the SugarChimp. Can you update me on the fix please?

      Hi Amy, you'll need to be a Sugar Admin to access the Module Loader.

      You'll need to contact whoever at your company who can give you that access or who can make your Sugar account an admin account.

      Hi

      I have full access to admin on our sugar. When I press " SugarChimp Configuration - Configuration wizard for changing your API Key" I cannot load this page - our hosts have tried to build and repair and they cannot.

      Got it. Is this after you've already tried to re-install SugarChimp?

      I would try to re-install SugarChimp first, then see if you still are unable to access the page.
