#1550 - Only 300 of 906 contacts syncing into Mailchimp list
Hi there, I've just synced a list from sugar to mailchimp but only 300 of the 906 contacts have synced across. I've repeated the process and the same thng has happened. What is wrong?

Hey, there are many reasons your syncs could not be matching up. Most of which center around the contact's email addresses. Any contacts without email addresses will not be synced. Fake email addresses and duplicates will not sync either.
We have a document here that is pretty helpful in explaining more of the most common reasons. I suggest looking it over: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/my-sugar-and-mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match
If you still have any questions after looking over the document, or if something is still not adding up, let me know!

Out of all the options listed, it is unlikely any of these are causing 600 of my contacts not to sync across. I haven't had any problem with any other lists syncing correctly and fully using the same or similar data. There are certainly not 600 fake/duplicate or unsubscribed email addresses in my list. My mailchimp account automatically upgrades when it needs to due to more subscribers too so it shouldn't be that.
Is there another way to look into a solution for this?

Absolutely. Let's start by updating your SugarChimp. Grab the latest package from SugarOutfitters https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders
then go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader, upload and install the zip file. There is no need to uninstall your current version of SugarChimp. This will not affect any of your current settings. Once you reach the License Validation page, click Validate and you are done.
Give this about 30 minutes to clear things up. If you haven't seen a change by then, we will need a couple things to proceed. 1. Your sugar Log file: go to Sugar > Admin > System Settings and click "View Log" at the bottom. Then click "All" to get all of the log file data. Copy everything that is on that page, then put it into a text file.
Let me know how it goes. If the problem persists, email both of those to support@sugarchimp.com

Hey, I just wanted to see how everything was going. Did the reinstall get everything fixed up?

Hey, I hope everything is running accordingly. I'm going to close this case for now, but you can always reply or create a new case if something else comes up! Thanks.
