#1610 - sync not always working
Hello, we set up the sync option. it worked for one list that has been created on mailchimp (leads had been properly copied form suitecrm to mailchimp). When we did the same job for other 2 iists, the process (form suitecrm to mailchimp) didn't complete successuffly without any error. what file do you need to help us?

Hey there, we'll figure out what's going on. Everything on the install looks to be good. Can you give me a little more detail about what's going on with the lists that are not working?

hi, a) the scheduler did the job (job log ... done .. every 2 days since the setup)
b) Pending to MailChimp
Lists: 1 Targets/Leads/Contacts: 91
c) Pending from MailChimp
Lists: 0 Subscribers: 0 Initial Import: Done
d) Sugar Target List MailChimp List Status
WDM WDM Sync Complete ----------------------->>> this was the working one Produttori Lampade Produttori Lampade Sync Complete ------------------------->> NOT working Comuni Lombardia Comuni Lombardia Sync Complete ------------------------->> NOT working
NOTE: I forced a queue resync from suitecrm to mailchimp with no success
e) the target lists have been created properly

Hello, thanks for that. Can you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page? Towards the bottom you will see a SugarChimp Logger Level. If it is not already, please change it to “Debug”.
Then, go and try to do whatever action is not working. From there, just wait about 10 minutes and then send me the Sugar Logs. To get the sugar log, go to Sugar > Admin > System Settings and click "View Log" at the bottom. Then click "All" to get all of the log file data. Copy everything that is on that page, then put it into a text file. That will help me get a little more information. Then email the screenshot and text file to support@sugarchimp.com and I’ll figure out what’s going on.
Why exactly is the sync not working? Are the lists syncing partially, or is nothing syncing? Let me know some more details there along with the screenshot and log.
