Are you getting any errors when you try to upload the zip files? Can you send screenshots to support@sugarchimp.com so I can have a better idea what's happening?
Hey there, I noticed that we still are not showing any installation information. I just wanted to also offer the suggestion of switching browsers for the download of our .zip file. Some browsers are known to automatically unzip the files, which will cause issues for the installation! If that still isn't working, then definitely proceed to send us some screen shots so we can figure out where the issue is occurring.
After another look into what version we are running it appears we are running 6.4.4, Sugarchimp does not work with that version. Unfortunately we are not able to update at this time due to the number of customers we have running our current version.
I understand completely. When you guys decide to update to 6.5+ definitely give us another look! We will go ahead and cancel the trial for you, so that it doesn't roll over and charge you. Thanks for looking into us, we'll be looking forward to working with you in the future!
