Closed Bug? created by rebeccaholloway 10 years ago
Please see: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/support/quick2list-sugarcrm-dynamic-target-list/1651 Our Quick2List stopped working. This may be related. We use SugarChimp Pro 7.5.1f and Quick2List v3.2. We use Sugar 6.5.16 (Build 1082) CE. Our error log is full of repeating: Mon Oct 12 17:12:03 2015 [23129][1][FATAL] SugarChimp:debug:1444684323: SugarChimp_LogicHook List After Add Person 2ebb0e39-b2be-91f5-e2f3-56091baa51f3 Mon Oct 12 17:12:03 2015 [23129][1][FATAL] SugarChimp:debug:1444684323: SugarChimp_Helper::queue_jobs queueing UpdateMailchimpSubscriber for 18d90fca03 Mon Oct 12 17:12:03 2015 [23129][1][FATAL] SugarChimp:debug:1444684323: Instantiate SugarChimp_Job Driver SugarChimp_Job_UpdateMailchimpSubscriber Mon Oct 12 17:12:03 2015 [23129][1][DEPRECATED] SugarBean.php: preprocess_fields_on_save() is deprecated

    Hi Rebecca, there isn't anything wrong with those particular lines in the log. They are debugging lines from SugarChimp.

    If you go to Admin > SugarChimp Health Status, you can set the SugarChimp Logger to "Normal". This will make the logging much less noisy from SugarChimp.

    Let us know if you have any other questions about this. Thanks!

    Hey Rebecca,

    SugarChimp uses target lists for a number of reasons, and we reference them significantly in our code. When SugarChimp is set to debug mode, it gives tons of information about what is going on behind the scenes. Once you set the logger level back to "Normal", then you should not see any new calls in your error log. Does this help explain some things?

    It's ok for us to put debug mode to "normal" as long as you think given errors are considered normal. We posted this output in an effort to resolve problem with Quick2List that we're experiencing - which we referenced with a link at the top. You can close this issue.
