Good Afternoon,

I installed SugarChimp yesterday but I need some help getting started. Is there a number where I can contact someone for assistance?

    Hey Frank,

    I'm glad to help. If we are unable to get you setup and working through a quick conversation, then we can definitely setup a time to screenshare and get you setup in that way.

    A quick check on our end shows that the install was successful. Do you mind giving me some details about what you are getting stuck on? Also, can you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page? You can email the details and screenshot to support@sugarchimp.com.

    I was not able to.

    I have it installed with Sugar but have no idea where to even begin now. Is there a time tomorrow where we can do a screenshare for a little training on where to begin?
