#1724 - module not installed? cannot validate ("Data not available We're sorry but the resource you asked for cannot be found.")
Hi there,
I have successfully installed the SugarChimp module into Sugar, although the validation section was not displayed automatically, I had to navigate to the SugarChimp section in admin.
When attempting to validate, I paste in the license key & successfully validate, but upon clicking "Continue", I receive:
"Data not available We're sorry but the resource you asked for cannot be found. Go back to previous page."
I also receive this message on attempting to go to any of the other admin sections of SugarChimp.
As per your installation guide, I have tried reinstalling because the "install" button was still available in the module loader admin.
Attempting this & repairing doesn't rectify the issue.

Hey George,
Thanks for that quick information. It definitely looks like SugarChimp is getting stuck during the installation. What we need to do is check your Sugar Logs to see if there are any errors occurring on the installation. Can you go to Sugar > Admin > System Settings and click "View Log" at the bottom. Then click "All" to get all of the log file data. Copy everything that is on that page, then put it into a text file. That will help me get a little more information and allow me to search the log file. Then email the text file to support@sugarchimp.com and I’ll figure out what’s going on. Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi there,
I had a look in our sugarcrm.log file & found an issue with date.timezone not being set in the php.ini file which was being logged a lot.
I've subsequently fixed that & it seems to have fixed the issue & I've got SugarChimp setup now
