#1742 - Sync not starting
Hi, I have installed everything and the health status is fine. It's just that the sync does not start to run, there is no first sync and I have been waiting a multitude of 5 minutes. What can I do to check things and solve this?

We were able to get things working. When doing a MailChimp to Sugar sync, the email address label on the MailChimp List needs to be exactly 'Email Address'. After getting this changed over, the MailChimp subscribers were able to sync to Sugar.
