#1785 - ParkRoyal Studio Customer
Hi!
We are SugarCRM Partner and we have implemented SugarChimp for one of our client ParkRoyaStudios.
In our installation there are 2 issues that we have come across.
Records in sugar activity module do not link with contacts or any other sugar module. They are standalone records with no relation to contacts. We need to know if there is any step in installation that needs completing. We need the resolution to that problem.
I cannot find Campaign Summary Report in SugarCRM. In earlier version of Sugar 6.5, I can see Campaign Summary report under Admin menu.

I'm happy to help in any way I can!
SugarChimpActivites should be related to any Contacts/Targets/Leads based on matching email addresses. If that email address is not found in Sugar, then you should see the standalone activities. If you have synced the List in which the activity came from, then we should have already created the subscriber for you. Could you get one of your standalone activities email addresses, then try and search for that email address in Sugar? Does it find a Contact/Target/Lead? If not, then you are still running as expected.
In Sugar 7, we have implemented the Campaign Summary report as a dashlet. You can add the dashlet from your home page to view the same data. Alternatively, you could add the dashlet on your SugarChimpActivities module.

I am looking into as to why SugarActivity not linking back to contacts when email address in activity and contact matches.
