#1818 - Trial Not Cancelled
Hi guys,
I attempted to end our SugarChimp trial after a couple of days as it was decided that it did not suit our needs, however I have just been billed for an extra month. Would you please be able to look into this?

Hey Will, I am still showing you as having an active subscription, so that would be why you have been billed. I will cancel your current subscription to make sure this doesn't happen further, and refund your payment as well.
Can you give me us a little insight into what you were looking for that SugarChimp did not provide? I appreciate any and feedback so we can always improve our product! Thanks.

Hi there,
It was not an issue with SugarChimp per se, more that we went with a different email campaign provider. The product itself worked perfectly, and I've loved the alacrity with which you respond to support requests.

I appreciate the feedback and positive remarks! Best of luck moving forward, we'd be happy to help if you ever move to MailChimp! If you don't mind me asking, which email campaign provider did you end up going with?
