#1853 - syncrhonisation is not runing

Dear all I have installed a free vesrion of sugarchimp in sugarcrm everything is fine but the synchronisation is not running. I can't do it manually also. What should I do ? Thanks for your help, laetitia

    Hi Laetitia,

    Thanks for trying out SugarChimp! Can you tell me what is happening that indicates your sync is not working? If you could explain what you are trying to do, maybe we can get some insight in to what is needed to get you working!

      Hi I have a free version of sugarchimp I have Version 6.5.22 SugarCRM I have created a target list that I have associated to a mailchimp list already created. In the sugarshimp health statu everything is green except the " last ran has not run yet"

      In the sheduler this has benn done ( below) Note: In order to run Sugar Schedulers, add the following line to the crontab file: * * * * * cd /home/sugarcrm/www; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

      So I have no clue ? thanks for you help Laetitia

    Great, thanks for the information. Could you navigate to Admin > Schedulers (in the System section) and click on any of Schedulers with an interval of "As often as possible". From here, email a screenshot of that page to me at support@sugarchimp.com. This will give us a better idea of rather your Sugar Scheduler is not running or if SugarChimp is having issues. Thanks!
