Hey there, I'm happy to help you out with your syncing. Can you explain how you have tried to get your subscribers over from MailChimp? Did you currently have Target Lists in Sugar that you are syncing to or did you let SugarChimp create them for you in step3 of our setup?
Will you go to your Target Lists and take a screenshot of your synced Target List that should have subscribers on it. Then, email that screenshot to support@sugarchimp.com and I'll give that a look! Thanks.

Hello - I actually had imported the contacts I wanted form Sugar in Excel and manually entered them in MailChimp initially. Now I want to sync the cleaned up lists from MailChimp to Sugar , so that they can exist as Target Lists on Sugar.
So essentially, they never were Target Lists on Sugar in the first place. Does that make sense? Let me know if you need me to send you anything to better understand.
Thanks

This makes perfect sense. Our step3 from the setup process should do just this for you. You should be able to take the MailChimp list that has your contacts on it, and import that list into Sugar. SugarChimp will automatically create the Target List for you. Then it will move any matching email addresses from Sugar into that Target List and create Contacts for those email addresses that were not found inside of Sugar.
Have you tried this step yet? If so, can you even see the Target List inside of Sugar? If so, can you take a screenshot of that Target List's record view? If you you can email it to support@sugarchimp.com for us to take a look. Let me know what your situation is!

We have followed up with the customer through email. We had to fix their primary admin account for Sugar which was not allowing any cron jobs to run. They are up and running now, so I'm going to close the case out.
