I have created a number of lists on Mailchimp. They are not integrating into the system

Hey there, I'm happy to help! Can you tell me how you have tried to sync up your lists from MailChimp? Did you use step 3 from the setup process? Can you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page?

Hey,
Were you able to send the screenshots so we can figure out why your lists were not syncing? It doesn't sound like you have gotten through all of the setup process. You will need to sync your new MailChimp lists to Target Lists within Sugar before they will sync up. Let me know if you have any questions about that process.
