#1858 - Applying cleaned to the Invalid field in Sugar manually

We have a list of 'Cleaned' email addresses in Excel. It was generated from a non-mailchimp email marketing service with no integration with Sugar. To use these with Mailchimp we need the cleaned list to be batch applied to our database, setting the Invalid flag for each address. What means would you recommend for doing this? Thank you.
