#1912 - Billing - refund
Hi,
I just received a bill for order 6548 even though I didn't get notified whether not not I wanted to purchase the application after the trial.
I understand that you might have had a fine print stating that I will automatically be billed once the trial is over, but I'd like to as for a refund. Not because I didn't like the product, but because our company won't be working on newsletters until on the month of April so it will be useless for us until then so can I please get a refund for the month of February and only start the billing when we resume our campaigns?
