#1912 - Billing - refund
Hi,
I just received a bill for order 6548 even though I didn't get notified whether not not I wanted to purchase the application after the trial. I understand that you might have had a fine print stating that I will automatically be billed once the trial is over, but I'd like to as for a refund. Not because I didn't like the product, but because our company won't be working on newsletters until on the month of April so it will be useless for us until then so can I please get a refund for the month of February and only start the billing when we resume our campaigns?

I can definitely cancel your subscription and issue your account a refund. You can simply start a new trial when the time comes to start your campaigns! SugarChimp will have some new features before then, so be sure to start your new trial early to familiarize yourself with them! Give me a couple hours to have your subscription cancelled and refund issued.
