#1975 - Adding to Target List is not syncing to mail chimp

Hello, I have a target list which I am adding leads to (Malarkey Newsletter). Our mailchimp currently shows 3555 emails on that list, Sugar show 4253. The difference is not syncing over to mailchimp. How can I get these new leads from Sugar CRM to sync over to mailchimp?
