#1989 - The SugarChimp scheduler job is missing
I recently upgraded SuiteCRM to the latest version from 7.3. I then upgraded Sugarchimp to 7.6.0a. After that, I get an error saying "The SugarChimp scheduler job is missing." It does not appear to be in the schedulers. What is the next step in troubleshooting this issue?

Hey,
I am glad to help you out with this issue. Can you do a repair and rebuild by going to Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild. Then, go back and check the Scheduler status. Can you then send me a screenshot of the error you are getting to support@sugarchimp.com? Let me know if you have any questions about that process!

We were able to get on a support call and find that the SugarChimp scheduler job has been removed. A re-install of the latest version of SugarChimp has fixed the issue. I'm going to close this case out for now, let us know if you have any further questions!
