Hey Andres,
I'm happy to help you out! Can you go back to steps 2 and 3, and revalidate your license, and reconnect to MailChimp for me? After that, can you go to Admin > Repair and do a Quick Repair and Rebuild. After all of that, if you still are getting stuck loading SmartList Settings, can you check your Module Loader and ensure that it is installed in the top box? If not, you should be able to reinstall over the previous one and everything should work.

Thank you for all of those screenshots. There is something going on with your installation that we are not able to find. If you go back to your Module Loader, is SugarChimp still showing in the bottom panel with the ability to 'install'? That is how it looks in your link, so I assumed that it is still not loading. Usually, that is indicative of permissions issues which can be checked against these links: Sugar - File Permissions via Config Sugar - Required File Permissions
Either way, we can try to get on a call in the next hour to find out where your installation is hanging. Let me know if you would like to get on a call to screenshare and troubleshoot your issues.

Hey,
We are glad to help. The Accounts syncing is very delicate and will require certain precautions and testing before being released. I would not expect that support until later in the year. I will be sure to update our Road Map as that comes more clear.

Same problem. You know, it would be very helpful to all the rest of us if someone would follow up with the resolution. This would possibly allow some people to fix the issue themself and thereby reduce your support work.
