#2012 - Sync for Contact/Lead/Account

I had installed the prov version of Plugin for SugarCrm6 Community edition. - Added the working api key of Mailchimp - Did the repair and rebuild also. - I had selected Sync list from Sugarcrm to Mailchip list to sync Contact, Targets and Leads automatically. When I created the Contact, Lead and Account in Sugarcrm it is not syncing the users to mailchimp, I am not sure if scheduler is working fine, let me know how i can check if it is working fine and if there are any error's where can i check. I can see SmartList and SugarChimp Schedulers in Schedulers tab running every 5 minutes and it is active, but sync is not reflecting in my mailchimp account. Can i know how to debug this? or what is missing?
