#2012 - Sync for Contact/Lead/Account
I had installed the prov version of Plugin for SugarCrm6 Community edition.
- Added the working api key of Mailchimp
- Did the repair and rebuild also.
- I had selected Sync list from Sugarcrm to Mailchip list to sync Contact, Targets and Leads automatically.
When I created the Contact, Lead and Account in Sugarcrm it is not syncing the users to mailchimp, I am not sure if scheduler is working fine, let me know how i can check if it is working fine and if there are any error's where can i check.
I can see SmartList and SugarChimp Schedulers in Schedulers tab running every 5 minutes and it is active, but sync is not reflecting in my mailchimp account.
Can i know how to debug this? or what is missing?

Hey there,
I'm happy to help you out with this. We'll get to the root of the problem. When you say that it is not syncing 'users' do you actually mean the User module within SugarCE, or just 'people records'?
I'm not sure if you have setup your Connectors yet, but this will be a good time for us to do that while we troubleshoot the issues with your auto-syncing of all Contacts, Targets, and Leads. To enable your Connectors, you will need to go to Admin > Connectors and follow the guides here: - Subscriber Connector - List Connector
Make sure to click on the Sugar 6 tabs to get those instructions! Once those are installed, we need to go to the individual Target List record that you have setup to sync with a MailChimp List. To get there, go to the Target List module which is usually hidden under the 'All' or down arrow in the top menu. Then you will have the List view of all Target Lists, in which you need to choose the one that is set to sync with MailChimp.
When you are on the Target List, you should see a MailChimp icon next to the Target List name field. When you click it, you should get a broad overview of your List. Can you send me a screenshot of that Connector to support@sugarchimp.com? Also, are your Contacts, Targets, and Leads populating on that Target List?

For anyone else looking at this, we were able to chat through the website to find that the Schedulers were not setup yet. After getting those fixed, everything is working!
