#2013 - How do I get the Pro Upgrade?
I just started a 30-day trial upgrade to professional (I currently am on basic). It's not clear to me how i install the upgrade. The list of items displayed on my SugarOutfitters Purchases listing looks the same as before. I tried downloading the .zip file anyway and uploading it into the Module Loader and it didn't seem to accept it. The Health Status in Sugar still indicates that I have the basic version.

Hello, thanks for giving that a try. Sorry for the confusion!
Since you started a new trial with the professional edition, you can take the new license key you were issued with the professional edition and use that to turn on the professional features. You can get the professional license key here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders then go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Configuration, go to the second tab, but in the new license key and click validate. After you do that, you will be using the new professional features.
