#2051 - Issue syncing my list as Campaign has disappeared
Hi, My Sugar campaign that was feeding one of my mailchimp lists via SugarChimp has disappeared. I can get Sugar to restore a backup of the database, manually extract the campaign database and import the data into the live database - which sounds convoluted and costly as opposed to creating a new campaign. I have created a new campaign but don't have the option to use the mailchimp list in the configuration settings. It only displays 2 of my mailchimp lists and I currently have 7. Can you tell me the best approach? Do I either delete my existing mailchimp list and start from scratch or get the database backup and restore from Sugar is there another way? Appreciate your advice.

Hey there,
I'm happy to help you out. It is difficult to tell exactly what is causing the trouble with your systems. I hate for you to have to do exporting and importing before I've had a chance to help you out. Is there a time today or tomorrow that we could get on a support call to see if we can figure this thing out? I would just like to see what is happening to be able to diagnose and test it as thoroughly as possible.
Thanks.

Hi Jon, We upgraded our instance of Sugar Chimp 7.6 for Sugar 6 and have unfortunately run into compatability issues. We are going to have to uninstall SC7.6 and will require the older version. I don't have this saved in my downloads - can you please point me in the right direction? The issue is urgent as currently sales force cannot edit leads or send/receive email from Sugar CRM. Below is a comment from Service Provider. Xandra Tabelon (Squiz Australia) Apr 5, 10:56 Hi Nicole, As I have mentioned in my previous email, the issue is caused by the Sugar Chimp upgrade yesterday. It seems that the Sugar Chimp upgraded version is not compatible with the current Sugar CRM version. We suggest to revert the Sugar Chimp to its previous version and asked Sugar Chimp to investigate the compatibility issue with Sugar CRM version below 7. If you could provide us the previous version of Sugar Chimp for us to install that would be great. Kind regards, Xandra Tabelon Squiz Support
Thanks, Nicole

Hello, jumping in real quick. Try this:
Go to Sugar > Admin > Repair > Repair and Rebuild. It will run for a couple minutes then at the very bottom of the page, there will be a text box that has sql queries in it. Click the "Execute" button.
After doing all of that, see if you can edit the leads.
Let us know. Thanks!

Below is the error message that was being received:- We have investigated this and it looks like the SugarChimp upgrade yesterday morning causes the issue. The Sugar Chimp upgraded version doesn't match with the current Sugar CRM version. From the Sugar Chimp logs it is returning MySQL error Unknown column 'smartlist.team_set_id' in 'on clause' , for temporary fix we need the previous version of Sugar Chimp in short revert it to the previous version before the upgrade. If you could provide the Sugar Chimp previous version that would be great. Also could you please forward the error below to Sugar Chimp for them to investigate the mySQL error Unknown column we are getting in the current Sugar CRM version that would be helpful. ERROR Starts Here Mon Apr 4 17:02:59 2016 [6878][c47bf5ef-67e7-32dc-56ec-5469800b331f][FATAL] Retrieving record by id smartlist:b101c855-bb7a-816d-cf45-5701f75378b9 found Query Failed: SELECT smartlist.* FROM smartlist INNER JOIN (select tst.team_set_id from team_sets_teams tst INNER JOIN team_memberships team_memberships ON tst.team_id = team_memberships.team_id AND team_memberships.user_id = 'c47bf5ef-67e7-32dc-56ec-5469800b331f' AND team_memberships.deleted=0 group by tst.team_set_id) smartlist_tf on smartlist_tf.team_set_id = smartlist.team_set_id WHERE smartlist.id = 'b101c855-bb7a-816d-cf45-5701f75378b9' AND smartlist.deleted=0 LIMIT 0,1: MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'smartlist.team_set_id' in 'on clause' ERROR Ends Here

I know that query is related to the Smartlist module that we install (it's a part of SugarChimp), but I do believe that is unrelated to the main issues of your sales team not able to edit leads and send/receive emails.
Did you try the Repair and Rebuild?
It looks like you may have re-installed the previous version of SugarChimp already. Did you happen to try the Repair and Rebuild before doing that?

The client has reverted back to a previous version of SugarChimp while they address the issues internally. I will update the case when that happens. Until then, I'm closing it out.
