Hello,
In syncing our newsletter we have had a large number of individuals who were unsubscribed by "admin" at the same time.
Is there any reason that SugarChimp would result in this?
Thank you.
The only way that SugarChimp would do a bulk unsubscribe is if someone has removed a large number of records from the Target List within Sugar. Can you check the synced Target List in Sugar to see how it reflects in MailChimp? On that note, we will be able to 're-subscribe' those people in MailChimp if that is what happened.
Otherwise, check to ensure that those people records are not 'opted-out' within Sugar, because that can be a more difficult process to reverse. Let me know how they stand, and we will be able to get your subscribers back.
That depends on the state of your Target Lists within Sugar and rather or not these 'unsubscribes' were from MailChimp (and pushed to Sugar) or from Sugar (and pushed to MailChimp).
1. Does your Target List that is syncing with that MailChimp List still contain all of the correct subscribers.
2. Are those subscribers email addresses flagged as opted-out?
The quickest way to find that would be to go into MailChimp and find a subscriber that was unsubscribed. Then search for that person record within Sugar. Make sure that they are on the synced Target List still, and that their email address is not flagged as opted-out. Let me know what you find and we can take the necessary steps to get them back on the list from there.
It was good to see you at SugarCon this last week! I was going to update some of our older support cases and wanted to close this one out. If you're still having issues, you can shoot us an email to support@sugarchimp.com with more details and we'll get on a solution. Otherwise, you do not need to reach out.

We would not have removed a large set of records. We may have updated a set, but never removed.
How would we go about bulk re-adding those subscribers?
Thank you

Hey,
Do you have any updates on the status of your unsubscribes? Were you able to find the root of the issue or look into those questions from above?
