#2097 - Mail chimp sync issues
Hi there,
We are having an issue when synching data from Sugar to Mailchimp. Sugar syncs to Mailchimp on a Target List, we have been added a few contacts to sugar a couple of days ago and they are existing in the Target List but we can not see them on the Mailchimp. This is a few contacts we added to sugar: [addresses redacted] Please help us to check ASAP.

Hello Jerry,
Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to help. There are a number of reasons that this could be happening, so we will need to troubleshoot a little more to find the cause. Can you check two things for me: 1. Do the Contacts who have been added to the Target List have valid, non-opted out email addresses? 2. Can you take a screenshot of your Health Status page? particularly the 'Pending to MailChimp' area and the synced lists at the very bottom. Email that to support@sugarchimp.com
This will allow help me get a little more information about the situation. I know our time difference could be an issue, and as this matter seems urgent, you could also provide me with temporary login credentials into Sugar, and add support@sugarchimp.com to your MailChimp account to allow me to troubleshoot your system more quickly. You can get there from the Account page, Settings > Users.

For anyone looking into this issue, the customer was on SuiteCRM and was unable to resolve internal issues. I'm closing this case out now.
