#2117 - "Sync In-Progress" Status
Hello, I recently upgraded to SugarChimp v7.7.0. I noticed that the add-on is still showing the status "MailChimp to Sugar Sync In-progress" for the list that I want to sync. The sync was complete for a test list that I created, but will not complete for the list that actually matters. I see there are options in a drop-down menu for the test list, but no options for the list I want to sync. Am I missing something?

I have removed the test lists, the "sync in progress" list has had this status for ~12 hours.

Hey,
I'm sorry you're having trouble. Can you tell me if your scheduler has been running over the last 12 hours? If so, are the jobs showing as 'done'? Let me know what you find. It is possible the job has gotten stuck and will clear itself in 24 hours. If it gets stuck again, then we will need to look at the logs and find out what is going on. You can send a screenshot of your health status page to support@sugarchimp.com to let us take a look at that as well.
