#2143 - Stuck on Loading Smartlists
Got through the install process except stuck on 'Loading Smartlists' Tried Quick Repair & Rebuild, no difference. Log file showing error messages regarding surgarchimp tables missing.

Looking at the log MySQL error 1146: Table 'scrm.smartlist' doesn't exist
The fact this table isn't prefixed by SugarChimp* indicates to me it's not a SugarChimp table. However a Google search for 'SugarCRM Smartlist table' turns up nothing! So is SugarChimp Ultimate not compatible with SuiteCRM 7.5.3 (based on CE 6.5) ?!? I hope not as I've been beating my head against the wall based on the fact there is a SuiteCRM specific version of SugarChimp!

Okay so I've spent 3 hours examining the install package and the manifest.php file, turned on debug logging level and looked at the huge log. I don't see anything obvious that indicates why the install is not completing properly and getting stuck on SmartLists. It appears all database tables are not being created such as smartlist or sugarchimp table. sugarchimp_activity_* are being created. My instinct is telling me that since this is a .0 version that was only released 5 days ago, I suspect the install has not been fully tested? I hope not as the first line of the Bio description for the SugarChimp company is "we are fanatical about creating easy to install" okay.... ?
This is not a good first experience for a product that I will end up paying almost $3,000 per year for! I will appreciate some assistance ASAP as I am working toward a short deadline for this project and the problem with the install of this product has put a "Monkey" wrench into my progress! (pun intended)

Sorry to hear about the troubles. The SugarChimp team will be able to get you up and running tomorrow when the business week starts. This does sound like an issue that was patched recently. Are you using the latest version from your downloads? The latest download is for version 7.7.0h. If this is not what you see in Module Loader try grabbing it from https://www.sugaroutfiters.com/orders and install on top of your current install. No settings will be lost.

I'm so sorry about the installation issues. What I'd like to do is give you a couple of helpful links for file permissions and installation issues, and setup a call for us to get on a screenshare to try and find the problems. If you have already used these links, then you can ignore them. The best links we have to make sure your file permissions are setup correctly:
