Hi, I removed a new target list in Mailchimp that someone had set up and was wrong, but couldn't work out how to remove or stop the Sugar target list from trying to sync. This stopped other (correct) lists from syncing and I could see that I had 3 lists pending. Then after another 20 minutes it showed that I didn't have API key connection with mailchimp. I copied my API key from mailchimp and attempted to refresh in sugarchimp but nothing happened. I am now stuck!

Hello there, regarding the api key issue, MailChimp had issues with their API yesterday for a couple hours. All issues have since been reinstalled. If you go to your SugarChimp setup page, then to step 3, see if it will accept your MailChimp API Key now.

For removing the list, first go to your Sugar Target List, click edit and set the "MailChimp List" field to blank, the click save. Once you do this, that list will no longer be synced to MailChimp. With the list disconnected, you can delete the Sugar Target List and/or delete the MailChimp List if you need to.

Let us know if you have any followup questions. Have a great weekend!
