#2194 - Problem to sync SugarCRM and Mailchimp

Hi, I'm having trouble using SugarChimp. The configuration went well but impossible to sync my target list (based on a report) with my list on Mailchimp. The link seems to be done but nothing into Mailchimp. Can you help me with that ?

    Hello Cyril,

    I'm happy to help out. Can you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page? Then, send it to support@sugarchimp.com. Can you explain your workflow and where the syncing got stuck? Are you seeing everyone on the Target List as expected, but nobody is getting into MaiChimp?
