#2197 - Sugar to MailChimp Sync In-progress
Hi,
I have installed SugarChimp on the 19th. Ihave not been able to acces my test list in mailchimp.
In the held status page, I still have Sugar to MailChimp Sync In-progress.
My scheduler shows the job hasn't run.
How can I get it to run ?

Hello, thanks for giving it a try and getting it all setup. Sorry to hear about the issues. It looks like you're using Sugar Ondemand so that is strange the scheduler has not run yet. Here are a few questions to start debugging what's going on:
Do you know if any of the other schedulers are running? You can check this by going to Sugar > Admin > Schedulers and click "Elasticsearch Queue Scheduler". On the bottom half of the page, does it show run history for the job?
Go to Sugar > Admin > Schedulers > SugarChimp and send me a screenshot of the entire page
Go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and send me a screenshot of the entire page
You can send the screenshots to support@sugarchimp.com. Let us know what you find and we'll be able to know more about what's going on. Thanks!

Perfect, thanks. That's exactly what I needed.
You'll need to reach out to Sugar and ask why your Sugar Schedulers are not running. That should be an easy fix for them. Since you're on Sugar Ondemand, you or I can't doing anything to turn those on. Sugar will have to do that for you.
You have everything setup correctly, so once they turn the schedulers on, everything should start syncing as you would expect.

Hello Chad,
SugarChimp was installed in a sandbox. By default, the sandbox doesn't run any cron jobs.
I had them activated and it is working fine.
