Hello,
There are many reasons why your list numbers might not add up. We've created a page that outlines those issues here.
If you believe something in the integration is not syncing appropriately, could you take a screenshot of someone who is on a synced Target List in Sugar and not on that MailChimp list. Then, also take screenshots of your Health Status page from Admin > Health Status. Make sure the Sugar record has a valid, opted-in email address. You can send those screenshots to support@sugarchimp.com for review.
