SugarChimp

Hi team, Good day. We are performing upgrade of SugarChimp from version 7.5.5a to 7.5.9 as per email notification received earlier. Downloaded and uploaded the zipped file to Module Loader okay. Click to install the new zipped file, and the installation seem to be freeze or hung at the screen with message: Display Log Installing administration extension Installing Language Packs Rebuilding Language...en_us .... ..... Please be patient as the installer finishes. You will be automatically redirected once it has completed. Updating module Contacts view recordview with customr fields. mailchimp_rating_c already added to Contacts recordview View Not adding again. .... ..... ...... We waited for more than 30 minutes and it still at the same screen. Tried both version 7.5.9 and 7.7.1, and it freeze at the same screen. Do a refresh and it bring us back to the Admin page. Health Check still showing the SugarChimp Version 7.5.5a. How can we check to ensure the installation working fine? Thanks in advance for your help!
