#2199 - Unable to upgrade SugarChimp from 7.5.5a to 7.5.9 / 7.7.1

Hi team,

Good day. We are performing upgrade of SugarChimp from version 7.5.5a to 7.5.9 as per email notification received earlier. Downloaded and uploaded the zipped file to Module Loader okay.

Click to install the new zipped file, and the installation seem to be freeze or hung at the screen with message:

Display Log Installing administration extension Installing Language Packs Rebuilding Language...en_us .... ..... Please be patient as the installer finishes.

You will be automatically redirected once it has completed. Updating module Contacts view recordview with customr fields. mailchimp_rating_c already added to Contacts recordview View Not adding again.

.... ..... ......

We waited for more than 30 minutes and it still at the same screen. Tried both version 7.5.9 and 7.7.1, and it freeze at the same screen.

Do a refresh and it bring us back to the Admin page. Health Check still showing the SugarChimp Version 7.5.5a.

How can we check to ensure the installation working fine?

    Hi Shaun, I actually just uploaded a new package 5 minutes ago to SugarOutfitters. We had an installation issue for Sugar 6 with the latest package.

    You can download the latest package from your orders page here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders

    After doing that, upload and install the package in Module Loader. No need to uninstall the previous module. The new package will show as 7.7.1b in the Module Loader.

    Is the latest package compatible with our installed version of SugarCRM 7.5.2.4

    Hello,

    We are certain the latest package is compatible with SugarCRM 7.5.2.4. Can you go back to Module Loader and ensure that the installed version of SugarChimp is still 7.5.5a? We have had issues with our Health Status page not displaying the most recent installation of SugarChimp. I am curious if it could have been updated, but not showing on the Health Status page. Another way to check would be to go to Admin > SugarChimp Configuration and see if you get a "Welcome" screen. This would indicate that at least part of the installation has occurred. Let me know what you find.

    Hi team,

    Yes, checked Module Loader and the installed version of SugarChimp [basic] still showing 7.5.5a.

    Browse to Admin > SugarChimp Configuration and didn't see the Welcome screen. The SugarChimp Version on the page showing 7.5.5a.
