Hello,
I'm happy to help you out. Unfortunately, SugarChimp is not compatible with Account syncing. You can only sync Contacts, Targets, and Leads over to MailChimp. Is it possible to have Contacts with those email addresses, then relate those Contacts to Accounts? The logs that you provided above are for debugging purposes and are not indicative of any issues.
Thanks,
Jon

what is "targets" in sugar?
here is that i found on your site. It says that accounts is syncing ; So why in the field of targets , i find the field of my accounts?
My Sugar and MailChimp List Counts Do Not Match As you start to sync your lists, you may find that the number of Contacts, Targets, Leads and Accounts that you have in your Sugar Target List do not match exactly with the number of Subscribers in your MailChimp List. This is extremely common and there are good reasons for this. Please read the following list of reasons to see if it explains why your list numbers may differ:
Sugar Contacts/Targets/Leads who have email addresses marked as opted out or invalid will not be sent to MailChimp. MailChimp has strict rules on what email addresses can be added. If you are using made up test email addresses (ex. test@whatever.com) or generic email addresses (contact@, sales@, support@, etc.) there's a good chance MailChimp will not create a subscriber for these email addresses. If someone has previously unsubscribed from your MailChimp list, MailChimp may not let them be re-added to the list. You may have multiple records in the Sugar Target List that have matching email addresses. Since the integration matches MailChimp subscribers and SugarCRM** Contacts/Targets/Leads/Accounts** by email address, only one MailChimp Subscriber can be created for each unique email address in Sugar. You may have added records to your Sugar Target List that do not have an email address. Email address is required to add someone to MailChimp Depending on how you build your list, it may be possible you added duplicate records to your Sugar Target List. Only unique email addresses can be sent to MailChimp. There were existing subscribers in your MailChimp List when you initiated the Sugar-to-MailChimp sync that Sugar didn't already know about. To get these into Sugar and on your list, simply initiate a MailChimp-to-Sugar re-sync.

Within Sugar, the Targets module is similar to the Leads module. It has subtle differences that could be used however you like. We find that many of our customers do not use the Targets module in lieu of the Leads module. However, it is built-in to Sugar if you ever need to distinguish between the Leads and Targets.
Thank you for pointing out the discrepancies in our documents. We had previously synced the Accounts module but were unable to support it moving forward. It caused too many issues with how Sugar handles related fields. I have updated the document to better reflect how our syncing works.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
