#2233 - Cant sync target list from Sugar to Mailchimp...please help! Cant work until fixed.

I have emailed the VP of Product and also left a message with MailChimp and no answer. I need your help please. I have SugarChimp through you guys and I am not able to sync my target list from Sugar into Mailchimp. I followed every direction that was necessary to set up the campaign but this was the only glitch that is holding us up from working. I've been dealing with this for two days.
