#2342 - Not Loading Correctly
I was initially not redirected to the page after installation, and now when clicking on the SugarChimp Settings in Admin it says Data not available, page does not exist.

It sounds like an install script didn't run. I suggest trying to reinstall SugarChimp again. If you still run into the issue then go to Admin->Repair and run the Quick Repair & Rebuild. Then go to Admin->SugarChimp->SugarChimp Configuration to start the configuration wizard.
